Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and organiser

Book101 is operated by Tarak Piyushkumar Soni under the business name Book101. Book101 provides event discovery, booking coordination, online-payment coordination when enabled, digital-ticket delivery and support technology.

The independent event organiser provides and conducts the event. For the immediate event, that organiser is Shreeji Yuvak Mandal (SYM). SYM is not Book101, and Book101 is not a private limited company.

2. Agreement

By using Book101 or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and the public policies linked from the website, including the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Digital Ticket Delivery Policy, Event and Admission Rules, Payment and Failed-Transaction Guidance, Return Policy and Cookie Notice.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must use Book101 only for lawful purposes. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable Indian law, or use the platform with a parent or legal guardian where that is required.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep access to your email address or mobile number secure.

4. Accounts and authentication

Customers may sign in using the authentication methods made available by Book101, which may include a verified email OTP or Google sign-in where enabled. Customers must use an email address they control and must not share OTPs, authentication links or account access. Available authentication methods may change as Book101 improves security and service delivery.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Book101 to view available events, access your own account, make genuine ticket bookings, receive and manage your digital tickets, and contact support about your own transactions.

• Do not access or attempt to access another person’s account, booking or ticket.
• Do not copy, alter, forge, resell or misuse a QR ticket.
• Do not present the same QR ticket for duplicate entry.
• Do not use automation, scraping or excessive requests that disrupt the platform.
• Do not test, bypass or interfere with authentication, payment or security controls without written authorisation.
• Do not submit false payment, identity, refund or support information.
• Do not use Book101 for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

6. Event information and availability

Event details, price, date, time, venue, category, availability and applicable restrictions are shown before payment when they have been published. Selection alone does not guarantee admission. Authentication does not reserve or guarantee availability.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is independently verified and the booking is shown as confirmed in Book101.

7. Booking, price display and payment

Online payments will be processed through Book101’s authorised payment-gateway provider when online payment service is enabled. A payment is treated as successful only after independent verification by Book101’s backend and the payment provider. A browser redirect or displayed message alone does not confirm payment.

The ticket price and any applicable tax or charge will be shown before payment. Book101 will not add an undisclosed amount at checkout. Book101 does not store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

Customers must not pay again while a previous payment is shown as processing or under review.

8. Tickets and admission

Tickets are delivered digitally. QR is the admission credential. A booking or order reference cannot authorise entry. A valid QR may be used only once unless an event-specific rule expressly allows re-entry. Duplicate, altered, inactive, void, cancelled or already-used QR codes will be rejected. Group-QR holders must enter together.

Admission remains subject to the Event and Admission Rules and lawful organiser or venue directions.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, postponement, no-show and refund treatment are described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The Return Policy explains that Book101 does not sell returnable physical goods. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

10. Service availability and responsibility

Book101 applies reasonable care in operating the platform but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

SYM controls the event programme, venue, schedule, admission and on-ground operations. Book101 remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights beyond what Indian law permits.

11. Intellectual property

Book101 branding, website content and software may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Event and organiser materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Enforcement

Book101 may reasonably restrict access, suspend an account, hold a suspicious booking for verification, reject a duplicated or invalid QR credential, preserve relevant records, or refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities, proportionately and subject to applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights, and to any forum or jurisdiction that applicable law does not permit these Terms to exclude, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Book101 may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date on this page will change when that happens. Last updated: 12 September 2026.
