1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Book101 platform (“Book101”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Book101 is operated by CoreMentors Pvt. Ltd.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date.

3. Platform role

Book101 is a ticketing and event-discovery platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, event execution, venue safety, scheduling, and on-ground operations are the responsibility of the respective event organizer.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One person should not maintain multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Ticket purchases

• Prices displayed at checkout are final for that transaction, subject to applicable taxes and fees shown before payment.
• Ticket availability depends on organizer inventory and may change until payment is confirmed.
• A booking confirmation is sent to your registered email upon successful payment.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Book101 does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its servers.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are set by the event organizer and displayed at the time of purchase. CoreMentors Pvt. Ltd. may help facilitate communication between attendees and organizers, but refund decisions generally follow the event’s stated policy unless otherwise required by law.

8. Event changes

Organizers may reschedule, modify, or cancel events. Where possible, registered users will be notified using the contact details associated with their account.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Fraudulent bookings, payment abuse, or impersonation
• Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets in violation of organizer rules
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with platform systems
• Tampering with QR verification, scanner tools, or entry processes

10. Intellectual property

Book101 branding, software, and user interface are owned by CoreMentors Pvt. Ltd. Event posters, names, and related content belong to their respective organizers or rights holders.

11. Disclaimer

Book101 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreMentors Pvt. Ltd. disclaims warranties not expressly stated herein and limits liability as permitted under Indian law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Book101 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
