Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about booking, tickets, payments and support on Book101.

Effective 12 September 2026

How does booking begin?

Book Tickets opens customer authentication first. It does not select tickets, hold capacity, or take payment.

How do I sign in?

Customers may sign in using the authentication methods made available by Book101, which may include a verified email OTP or Google sign-in where enabled. Customers must use an email address they control and must not share OTPs, authentication links or account access. Available authentication methods may change as Book101 improves security and service delivery.

Does signing in reserve a ticket?

No. Authentication does not reserve or guarantee availability. Ticket selection happens only after you are signed in, and a booking is confirmed only after independently verified payment.

Where do my tickets appear?

Use My Tickets after you are signed in. Anonymous visitors are asked to sign in first. Tickets are digital.

What if payment is processing or fails?

Follow the Payment and Failed-Transaction Guidance. Do not pay again while a previous attempt is processing. A browser message is not proof of payment.

What if money is deducted but I have no confirmed ticket?

Do not pay again. Check My Tickets or payment status and contact support with your booking or order reference if confirmation remains under review.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Confirmed tickets are ordinarily non-cancellable and non-refundable, subject to mandatory law. If an event is cancelled with no replacement or equivalent, confirmed eligible tickets qualify for an approved refund after verification. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What if the event is postponed?

The ticket ordinarily remains valid. Any refund option depends on the organiser’s published communication, the circumstances, and applicable law.

What about no-shows?

No-show, late arrival, personal change of plans, or admission-rule failure is ordinarily non-refundable, subject to mandatory law.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

Unauthorised resale, duplication, tampering and misuse are prohibited. QR is the admission credential.

Who is responsible for admission at the venue?

SYM controls the event programme, venue, schedule, admission and on-ground operations. Follow published event and venue rules.

How do I get support or raise a grievance?

Email support@book101.in or call/WhatsApp +91 79904 54961. See the Support and Grievance page. The form on Contact Us opens your email application; it does not create a Book101 ticket.

How are digital tickets delivered?

After independently verified successful payment, tickets appear in My Tickets. See the Digital Ticket Delivery Policy. Email delivery is not claimed as production-verified.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email support@book101.in. See the Privacy Policy.
