Event and Admission Rules

Shreeji Yuvak Mandal (SYM) controls the event programme, venue, schedule, admission and on-ground operations. Customers must follow published event, venue, safety, age, conduct and security requirements shown for the event or communicated at the venue.

Entry requires a valid, active and unused Book101 QR for the correct event. QR is the admission credential. An order or booking reference does not authorise entry. Tickets may be valid only for their confirmed event, category, date or slot where those details apply.

Each admission may be consumed only once. Re-entry is not permitted unless an event-specific rule expressly allows it. A group QR consumes all represented admissions together; all members must enter together.

Altered, forged, duplicated, inactive, void, cancelled, already-used or wrong-event QR codes will be rejected. Unauthorised resale, duplication, tampering, misuse and fraudulent access are prohibited.

Late arrival, no-show, or admission-rule failure is ordinarily non-refundable, subject to applicable law. A denied-entry claim involving a valid unused ticket should be reported promptly to Book101 support; it does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Schedules or operational details may change through official organiser communication. This page does not invent current event dates, venue rules, age restrictions, prohibited-item lists or admission cut-off times.
