Book101 provides digital event-booking services and digital tickets, not returnable physical goods.

Digital service
Book101 provides event-booking services and digital QR tickets. It does not presently sell or ship physical goods to customers. A physical product return, exchange or shipping-return process therefore does not ordinarily apply to Book101 ticket bookings.
Tickets are not physical returns
A confirmed ticket cannot be returned as a physical product. Refund eligibility is controlled by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, organiser communication, the circumstances, and applicable law.
Duplicate, pending or incorrect transaction concerns should be raised with Book101 support. Do not send OTPs or payment secrets.
This Return Policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
